This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use trustedquotes.org (the "Site"), how we use and share it, the choices you have, and the rights available to you — including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA. 1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, date of birth or age, gender, household size, estimated income range, tobacco use, coverage type of interest, and current insurance status. You provide this information voluntarily to receive insurance quotes and assistance.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect your IP address, approximate location (city/region derived from your IP), device and browser type, operating system, referring website, search terms, the pages you view, UTM/ad-click parameters (such as gclid or fbclid), and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Communications & TCPA Consent

By submitting your information through our quote form, you provide your prior express written consent for TrustedQuotes and one or more of its licensed insurance agents or marketing partners to contact you at the telephone number and email you provide — including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or pre-recorded voice, and SMS/text message — about insurance products and services, even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. You may reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also ask any agent to place you on their internal Do-Not-Call list. You may still contact us, and we may still respond, regardless of your marketing preferences.

You are not required to agree to receive automated marketing communications as a condition of obtaining a quote — you may instead call us directly at (954) 805-7882.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed to provide the service you requested and to operate our business:

Some sharing for analytics and advertising (e.g., cookie-based ad measurement) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state laws. See your rights below.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and advertising pixels — to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and evaluate ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect Site functionality. Where required, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

6. Your Privacy Choices

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know and access the personal information we collect; request deletion; request correction; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and limit use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below or use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information request link. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit requests.

8. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and insurance recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults seeking insurance and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links & Government Affiliation

The Site may link to third-party websites (including insurance carriers and quoting tools) governed by their own privacy policies. TrustedQuotes is an independent insurance agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Health Insurance Marketplace (Healthcare.gov), Medicare, or any state exchange.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
